We are participating in another church’s VBS this week. The kids are so looking forward to it! It’s a great way to start the summer – it’s not quite school, and I get a little bit of time at home by myself – a rare commodity during this time of year!
Here’s another layout to share with you.
My kids just love to have fun! These are pictures from several different years.
I used Kathryn Balint's and Laurie Anderson's portions of the June 2008 Scrapartist kit, Garden Party. The layout is made from a template, modified, by Darcy Baldwin, from her "Inspired by Templates" pack at thedigichick. The fonts are CK Mou Saha and Kimberly Geswein's Love Ya Like a Sister.
So, here’s my question for you…what are your plans this summer? Do you already find yourself scrapping less? Blogging less? Sleeping more? 
It’s definitely a transition, but I am determined to have a super summer!

My summers are the same as any other time of the year, except we spend more time outside. But then my son is not in school yet.

VBS at out church, bible Camp (I am doing the crafts) and I hope getting gifts ready for Christmas
