A layout for the Amazing Digi Scrap Race, and my love for Google Reader

Monday, March 31, 2008

I did a page last night while watching my new set of DVD's - season 7 of Gilmore Girls (should I admit that?!) The challenge was to use a set of wings. I used a pair of wings from Kathryn Balint's free set here - they are only free until Saturday.

Does anyone else just love Google Reader? I just recently discovered it through Katie the Scrapbook Lady's blog and it has made blog reading so much easier. Most blogs have a feed enabled so that you can put it into a service that tells you when the blog has been updated and gives you the blog entry. Admittedly, it makes it easier to read too many blogs, :) but I've saved time by just having the blogs compiled for me and not having to go to the blogs. There's only one blog I have to check, and that's because it's private - I don't think Google Reader will pick up a private feed.

Well, that's it for today! Going to hop on the blog train at DST - if you've come here via the train - hello! It is so nice to get comments. I really appreciate it.

Another from vacation

We also went to a farmer's market while we were on spring break. Lots of fun things to look at and yummy kettle corn to munch on. :)

Right now, I am participating in a set of digital scrapbooking challenges called the Amazing Digi Scrapping Race. It's a 6-week challenge of 2 layouts a week on particular themes or with particular guidelines. Here are some of my layouts:

Better get going - so much to do before the kids go back to school tomorrow!

I'm Juliana, and I love photography and digital scrapbooking. Creating items to help with these two endeavors is my one of my favorite pastimes.

I currently sell at these two shops:
JulianaGordon.com - focused mainly on items for photographers
Polka Dot Potato - featuring items for digital scrapbookers

I'd love to have you come check these sites out!
